US pop star, Miley Cyrus caused a stir in Mexico after getting whipped on a giant fake buttocks with the country’s flag during a concert. TMZ reports that, Miley’s dancer repeatedly whipped her b*tt with their national flag as she performed the Mexican Independence Day . If found guilty she would be prosecuted for the crime of desecration which carries a 36 hour jail time or $1,200 fine.
